Solum Cleaning
School Floor Care
School floor care across Northern and Central California. Solum Cleaning cleans carpet, scrubs concrete, and maintains finished hard floors.
Classroom carpet and campus corridors
Carpet extraction cleans carpeted rooms, while spot treatment targets individual marks. Corridors and other hard-floored areas receive maintenance based on their materials and finishes.
School floor finish maintenance
We provide scrubbing, recoating, polishing, and burnishing where the flooring supports the method. Stripping and waxing is a separate treatment for compatible resilient or VCT-type flooring.
Common questions
What affects when students can use a treated floor?
Extraction and finish treatments require drying or curing time. The area returns to use after the treatment’s requirements are met.
